I am one of the people who decided to try lipotropic injections for weight loss. I was dealing with some weight loss frustrations and really wanted a jump start on losing weight. I had lost a great deal of weight many years ago (over 60 pounds). However I was still hanging on to those last 15-20 pounds that kept me from feeling like I was at a great weight for me.
With those extra pounds I just didn't feel comfortable with myself and the clothes I like to wear just did not fit me right. So what program did I follow to lose those pounds that had been clinging to my body and driving me nuts? It was very simple and very effective.

2) I followed a reduced calorie food plan that was easy to follow, did not make me hungry and gave me lots of food choices
3) I exercised 6 days a week for only thirty to forty minutes with a simple plan that involved resistance training and interval aerobic training
I had no idea how effective lipotropic injections could be for accelerating weight loss until I tried them for myself. After adding lipotropics injections to my weight loss program the weight came off my body with greater ease than ever before. I don't know if you have ever suffered from weight loss plateaus but if you have you know they can be very demoralizing especially if you have been religiously following a conservative plan of eating and exercising.
